The artist is my son and is very talented. In high school he was accepted by Chicago Art Institute but couldn’t afford the tuition. He graduated from Fredonia State University with a Fine Art degree.
"Icy Blue" is an 18 x 24 Acrylic painting on Gallery Wrapped Canvas and I painted this as California was having a heat wave of 112! This is a refreshing scene of an Arctic Tern on his journey going through in an icy snow storm. I have always loved the elegance of these birds in flight and how they are always on the move, traveling thousands of miles every year! This painting has SOLD.
